• Pack! Reference packing checklist tab on your planning checklist

Separate items that go to the venue + to the hotel (bring venue items to rehearsal on Friday)

• Deliver welcome bags to hotels

• Prepare gratuity envelopes

Place in sealed envelopes with vendor/company name or title (Ie. Lee or DJ) on the front (bring to rehearsal on Friday)

Payments Due:

• FFT Final Payment: $17,096.99* - Due 4/10

• Midtown Music: $725 - Due 4/13

Alexis Tasks:

• Send finalized timeline & floor plan to all vendors - Due 4/15

• Create set up timeline for BURST assistants - Due 4/15

• Present BURST Plan at Team Meeting - Due 4/16
